Hanley, State's Attorney, by his assistant, Brie A Simkulet,, in the Circuit Court of Winnebago County, State of Illinois, 17th Judicial Circuit, entitled" "IN THE INTEREST OF: Temyah Miller, MINOR(S)", and that in Courtroom 2 at the Juvenile Justice Center, on 5/12/2026, at the hour of 01:30 PM., or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, and adjudicatory hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child declared to be a ward of the court under that Act.
