PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 22ND JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, ILLINOIS McHENRY COUNTY, JUVENILE DIVISION IN THE INTEREST OF ZACH W. A minor. Case No.: 2026JA000006 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION BRANDON RYCHLOWSKI, and to All Whom It May Concern: Take notice that on January 27, 2026, an abuse and neglect petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act by ASSISTANT STATE'S ATTORNEY, in the circuit court of McHenry county entitled 'In the interest of ZACH W., a minor', and that in the courtroom of Judge CARL E METZ, or any judge sitting in his stead in Room 101 of the McHenry County Government Center, Woodstock, Illinois, the 23rd day of April, 2026 at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, an adjudicatory hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child declared to be a ward of the court under that Act. THE COURT HAS AUTHORITY IN THIS PRO-CEEDING TO TAKE FROM YOU THE CUSTODY AND GUARDIANSHIP OF THE MINOR, TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND TO APPONT A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION. YOU MAY LOSE ALL PAR-ENTAL RIGHTS TO YOUR CHILD.
