IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF WARREN COUNTY
CHANCERY DIVISION
Security Savings Bank v. Joseph W. Adkisson, Nonrecord Claimants, Unknown Owners, and Unknown Tenants, Defendants
Case No. 2026FC11
The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, Nonrecord Claimants, Unknown Owners, and Unknown Tenants, Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Warren County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
The East ¾ of Lot One (1) and the North ½ of the East ¾ of Lot Two (2) of Block Seven (7) being Six (6) rods North and South and Nine (9) rods East and West all in the Original Plat of the Village of Berwick, Warren County, Illinois.

And for such other relief prayed; that summons was duly issued out of the said Circuit Court of Warren County against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.
NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above defendants, file your answer to the complaint in the said suit or otherwise make your appearance in the Office of the Warren County Circuit Clerk, at the Courthouse in the City of Monmouth, Warren County, Illinois, on or before thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a decree entered in accordance with the prayer of the complaint.
