LEGAL NOTICE-Published 04/08, 04/15, 04/22-NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND FORECLOSURE SALEWHEREAS, on 06/23/2005, a certain Mortgage was executed by JOHN J. MCCABE as Mortgagor, in favor of WELLS FARGO BANK, NA as Mortgagee, and was recorded on 07/27/2005, as Document Number 2005014478, in the Office the Recorder of Deeds, DeKalb County, Illinois and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage was insured by the UNITED STATES SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (the SECRETARY) pursuant to the National Housing Act for the purpose of providing single family housing; and
