THOMAS, III a/k/a ROBERT JOHN THOMAS, III, FIRST STATE BANK UNKNOWN OWNERS and NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants. Thomas, III a/k/a Robert John Thomas, III, a single person, to Quad City Bank & Trust Co., and was dated May 3, 2023 and filed and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of LaSalle County, Illinois, on May 18, 2023 as Document No. 2023-04766. Title is held by Robert J. Thomas, III. And for other relief; that summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.
