P.I.N.: 07-08-20-400-011  which has the common  address of: 2346 N 5000 West Rd, Kankakee, IL 60901 and which said mortgage was made by KYLE GARDNER and ERICA FARMAN, Mortgagor, to IROQUOIS FEDERAL  SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, now known as SERVBANK, N.A., Mortgagee, and recorded as Document No. 201810734, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kankakee  County, Illinois, and for such relief; that summons was duly issued out of the  Twenty-First Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. The present owners of said  mortgaged real estate are KYLE GARDNER and ERICA FARMAN. YOU MAY STILL BE ABLE TO SAVE YOUR HOME.
