VINCENT MOORE; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS, Defendants, Case No. 2026FC000328 The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, Vincent Moore, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, that the said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Will County, Illinois by the said plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to-wit: LOT 3 IN EAGLE FAIR ESTATES, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 13, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED SEPTEMBER 8, 2004 AS DOCUMENT NUMBER R2004-165703, IN WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS. 26050 South Eagle Drive, Monee, IL 60449 21-14-21-409-012-0000 Now, therefore, unless you, Vincent Moore, Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants, and the said above named defendants, file your answer to the complaint in said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, in the office of the Clerk of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Will County, Illinois, on or before June 13, 2026, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint. This case is set for a Mandatory Mediation on June 11, 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Will County Court Annex 3rd Floor (Arbitration Center) located at 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois 60432. Due to the recent Coronavirus Pandemic, foreclosure mediation will take place using Zoom Video Conferencing. Zoom is FREE and can be used with a computer, a cell phone or even a landline phone. Instructions for how to use Zoom are attached to the Summons. In order to take advantage of this FREE mediation program you must appear via Zoom for a pre-mediation meeting with the mediator on the date set forth in the Summons given to you using the Zoom Meeting ID 398 048 4152 and Zoom Password 732739 for Group B.
