PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to a Judgment entered by this
Court on April 21, 2026, in the above-entitled cause, the property hereinafter described
or so much thereof as shall be sufficient to satisfy said Judgment, will be sold to the
highest bidder.

10:00 a.m., Shelby County Court House, main lobby, 301 E. Main St., Shelbyville, IL
62565.
G. The terms of sale are:
1. Ten percent of the bid price shall be paid at the time of the sale and
the balance of the bid price shall be paid immediately following the entry of an Order
confirming the sale. All payments shall be in cash or cash equivalent.
2. Any announcements by the Sheriff at the sale shall be binding and
shall take precedence over all prior announcements including announcements
contained herein.
3. The sale is subject to confirmation by the Court.
H. Title will be conveyed subject to all general real estate taxes which are a
lien upon the real estate, and special assessments, if any, and easements and
restrictions of record.
