NO. 2025FC82 2003 14TH AVENUE ROCK FALLS, IL 61071 JUDGE PRESIDING JUDGE NOTICE BY PUBLICATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO YOU, Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Cheryl L Denning Unknown Owners and Non-Record Claimants defendants, that this case has been commenced in this Court against you and other defendants, asking for the foreclosure of a certain Mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit: LOTS 22 AND 23, BLOCK 1, OF FAIRVIEW SUBDIVISION NO. 4, LOCATED IN THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 21 NORTH, RANGE 7 EAST OF THE 4TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN WHITESIDE COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
