LOT ONE HUNDRED THIRTY (130) AS DESIGNATED UPON PLAT NO. 4 OF NEWBURG CHASE, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE WEST HALF (1/2) OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 44 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, THE PLAT OF WHICH SUBDIVISION IS RECORDED IN BOOK 38 OF PLATS ON PAGE 117A IN THE RECORDER`S OFFICE OF WINNEBAGO COUNTY, ILLINOIS; SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF WINNEBAGO AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.. PIN: 12-26-176-040. 
Commonly known as: 7312 Waterford Dr., Rockford, IL 61108, and which said Mortgage was made by GABRIEL ZAVALA as Mortgagor to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Loandepot.com, LLC, as Mortgagee, and recorded as document number 2022022167, and the present owner of the property being GABRIEL ZAVALA and for other relief: that summons was duly issued out of said Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.
Now, therefore, unless you, the said above named defendant, file your answer to the Complaint in the said suit or otherwise make your appearance therein, IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE 17TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT WINNEBAGO COUNTY ROCKFORD, ILLINOIS, 400 West State Street, Rockford, IL 61101 on or before APRIL 24, 2026, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a Judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
