that Plaintiff commenced this case in the Circuit Court of Winnebago County against you and other defendants, for foreclosure of a certain mortgage lien recorded against the real estate described as follows:
UNIT 37A IN CONDOMINIUMS AT WILSHIRE, AS DELINEATED ON A SURVEY OF CERTAIN LOTS OR PARTS THEREOF AS DESIGNATED UPON THE PLAT OF WILSHIRE, BEING A SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 44 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, THE PLAT OF WHICH SUBDIVISION IS RECORDED IN BOOK 43 OF PLATS ON PAGE 151 IN THE RECORDER'S OFFICE OF WINNEGAGO COUNTY, ILLINOIS, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS 'PARCEL', WHICH SURVEY IS ATTACHED AS EXHIBIT 'B' TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OF WINNEBAGO COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS DOCUMENT NUMBER 0263287 AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME; TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE INTEREST IN SAID PARCEL, EXCEPTING FROM SAID PARCEL ALL THE PROPERTY AND SPACE COMPRISING ALL THE UNITS THEREOF AS DEFINED AND SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION AND SURVEY, SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF WINNEBAGO AND STATE OF ILLINOIS.
