The requisite Afidavit for Publication having been iled, notice is hereby given to KINGS TAXI LLC, now d/b/a/ 12 KINGS' TRANS- PORTATION, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company; CURTIS BOUNDS; "UNKNOWN OWNERS" and "NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS," Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that said suit has been commenced in the Circuit Court of Sangamon County, Illinois, by Plaintiff, HEARTLAND BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, successor by merger with TOWN AND COUNTRY BANK, against you and other defendants praying for foreclosure of a Mortgage covering the premises described as follows to wit:
THE NORTH HALF OF LOT 4 IN BLOCK 5 OF FRANK OSBORN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS.

which Mortgage was made by Kings Taxi, LLC, as Mortgagor, now d/b/a 12 Kings' Transportation, LLC, in favor of Town and Country Bank, predecessor to Heartland Bank and Trust Company, as Mortgagee, and recorded in the Ofice of the Recorder of Deeds of Sangamon County, Illinois, on June 15, 2021, as Document No. 2021R16283.
NOW THEREFORE, unless you, the above-named Defendants, ile your answer to the Complaint in said suit, or otherwise make your appearance therein, in the Ofice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sangamon County, Illinois, on or before March 30, 2026, 2026, default may be entered against you at any time after that day and a judgment entered in accordance with the prayer of said Complaint.
