TALMACI ; UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS ; ,defendants in the above entitled cause, that suit has been commenced against you and other defendants in the Circuit Court for the Judicial Circuit by said plaintiff praying for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
