BOTT and B AND B CONSTRUCTION, in Vermilion Co. Circuit Case No. 25-LA-37, recorded as Document Nos. 25-04372, 25-04373 and 25-04374, respectively, and for such relief; that summons was duly issued out of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. The present owner of said mortgaged real estate is: BRANDON W. BOTT; COUNT II Part of Lots 1 and 2 of the Clerks Subdivision of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8 Township 18 North, Range 11 West of the 2nd P. M., as shown by Survey and Plat thereof recorded in Plat Record 4 Page 214 in the Recorders Office of Vermilion County, Illinois, described as follows: Beginning at a point 892.32 feet South and 33 feet East of the Northwest Corner of said Section 8; thence running South 50 feet; thence East 132 feet; thence North 50 feet; thence West 132 feet to the place of beginning; ALSO, beginning at a point 942-32/100 feet South and 33 feet East of the Northwest Corner of said Section 8; thence South 5 feet thence East 132 feet thence North 5 feet; thence West 132 feet to the place of beginning, EXCEPT coal and minerals and mining rights as described and reserved in Deed dated October 14, 1905, recorded in Deed Record 190 Page 386, situated in Vermilion County, Illinois. State St, Westville, IL 61883 and which said mortgage was made by SOFIAS STEFANIS, INC., Mortgagor, to LONGVIEW BANK & TRUST, now known as LONGVIEW BANK, Mortgagee, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Vermilion County, Illinois as Document No. 22-05318, respectively, and for such relief; that summons was duly issued out of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. The present owner of said mortgaged real estate is: SOFIAS STEFANIS, INC.; NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above defendants, file your answer to the complaint in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, 7 N.
