Hartnett, Deceased Case No. 2026PR000004 INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION PUBLICATION NOTICE TO: Creditors and Claimants 1. Notice is given of the death of Helen V. Hartnett, who died on December 1, 2025 a resident of Yorkville , Illinois. 2. The Representative for the estate and his/her address is: Brett M. Dale 1755 S. Naperville Road, Suite 200 Wheaton, IL 60189. 3. The attorney for the estate and his/her address is: Aaron Troy/Huck Bouma PC 1755 S. Naperville Road, Suite 200 Wheaton, IL 60189. 4. Claims against the estate may be filed on or before August 6, 2026.** Claims against the estate may be filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 807 W. John St., Yorkville, IL 60560, or with the Representative, or both. Any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the attorney within 10 days after it has been filed. 8. The estate will be administered without Court supervision unless an interested party terminates independent supervision administration by filing a petition to terminate under Section 28-4 of the Probate Act (Ill.
