CITY OF BATAVA LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR BID REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE FOR THE CITY OF BATAVIA The City of Batavia, IL will accept sealed bids for the 2026 Foreclosed Landscape Maintenance Program. The program for which bids are to be received gener- ally includes grass cutting and the trimming of over- grown brush on foreclosed and abandoned properties. As of 12:00 p.m., Friday, February 06, 2026, the complete RFP package may be obtained from the City of Batavia, Community Development Department, 100 North Island Avenue and at the City of Batavia website: www.cityofbatavia.net. Proposals shall be sealed and clearly marked on the front “Bids for 2026 Foreclosed Landscape Maintenance – City of Batavia.” FAXED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. BIDS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN: 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Bidders shall submit two (2) copies of their bid.
