Racine Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186 262-706-3260 is seeking disadvantaged businesses (DBE/MDE/WBE/BEPD) for the Bid 2026 IDOT Right-Of-Way Lead Service Line Replacement in Summit IL for subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: Trucking/Hauling, Plumbing, and restoration. Subcontracts will be awarded based on price and ability to perform the work. All disadvantaged businesses should contact, IN WRITING (certified letter, return receipt requested) to our Estimating Department estimating@fivestarenergyservices.com , to discuss the subcontracting opportunities.
