The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you: CA COLLINS ENTERPRISES, LLC, file number 803057687, a Texas Corporation, CHRISTOPHER COLLINS, and CYBERTEL ILLINOIS CORPORATION, an Illinois Corporation, Defendants in the above-entitled suit, that the said suit has been commenced in the Judicial Circuit Court of Vermilion County, Illinois, by the Plaintiff against you and other defendants, praying for the foreclosure of a certain encumbering the premises described as follows, to wit: 

PARCEL 1:
Part of Lots 5 and 8 Block 1 North, Range 1 West of the public Square in the Original Town of Danville, Illinois, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 1 North, Range 1 West of the Public Square in the Original Town of Danville; thence North 94 feet and 3 inches; thence West 27 feet and 10 inches; thence South 94 feet and 3 inches; thence East 27 feet and 10 inches to the place of beginning; EXCEPT beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 8 Block 1 North, Range 1 West of the Public Square; thence North 94 feet and 3 inches to a place of beginning; thence West 15 feet; thence South 4.5 feet; thence East 15 feet; thence North to the place of beginning, situated in Vermilion County, Illinois.

A part of Lot 5, Block 1 North, Range 1 West of the Public Square in the Original Town of Danville, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 1 North, Range 1 West of the Public Square; thence West 74 feet and 3 inches; thence North 20 feet; thence West 15 feet for a place of beginning; thence North 18 feet; thence West 12 feet and 10 inches; thence South 18 feet; thence East 12 feet and 10 inches to the place of beginning, EXCEPT that part of said Lots conveyed to the State of Illinois for highway purposes by Quit Claim Deed dated August 10, 2004 and recorded October 5, 2004 as Document 04-12863 in the Recorder's Office of Vermilion County, Illinois, situated in Vermilion County, Illinois.

and which said Notice of Demolition Lien against CA COLLINS ENTERPRISES, LLC, file number 803057687, a Texas Corporation, CHRISTOPHER COLLINS, JERI COLLINS, and CYBERTEL ILLINOIS CORPORATION, an Illinois Corporation Defendants, in favor of CITY OF DANVILLE, ILLINOIS, Plaintiff, and recorded as Document No. 25-07999, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Vermilion County, Illinois, and for such relief; that summons was duly issued out of the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending. The present owner of said subject real estate is CA COLLINS ENTERPRISES, LLC, file number 803057687, a Texas Corporation. 

NOW, THEREFORE, UNLESS YOU, the said above defendants, file your answer to the complaint in this case or otherwise file your appearance in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, 7 N. Vermilion Street, Danville, Illinois on or before March 20, 2026, a default may be entered against you at any time after that day and decree entered in accordance with the prayer of said complaint. YOU ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT THE TIME IN WHICH THE SUBJECT REAL ESTATE MAY BE REDEEMED FROM FORECLOSURE, PURSUANT TO LAW, COMMENCES TO RUN WITH THE FIRST DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
