Notice is hereby given that the City of Georgetown Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Georgetown City Hall located at 208 S. Walnut St, Georgetown, IL to consider changes to the alley located west of the Pumphouse and north of W. 11th St. The agenda will be posted on the Citys website, georgetownil.net and on the door of the city hall at 208 S. Walnut St. Georgetown, IL 61846. Action on this alley vacation will be taken at the regular council meeting to be held March 2,2026 at 7:00 pm. The location will be at the Georgetown City Hall.
