CCA #251050 - Bourbonnais ESD #53 - 2026 Shepard Controls Upgrade Project - Legal Ad: Bourbonnais Elementary School District #53 will be accepting bids for the Shepard Controls Upgrade Project. Plans and Specifications are available on or after February 26, 2026 from Cordogan Clark & Associates, Inc. plan room www.cordoganclarkplanroom.com. Sealed Bids, conspicuously marked, shall be received until 2:00 p.m. CST on March 12, 2026, at the District Office, 281 W. Casey Rd Bourbonnais, IL 60914, at which time they shall be opened and read aloud. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. March 3, 2026, virtually via Microsoft Teams. Prevailing wage rates shall apply to this Project. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent bidding and contract documents including Contractor qualifications as specified in said documents.
