VILLAGE OF ESSEX, ILLINOIS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Essex will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 26, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Essex Community Center located at 217 N. Parls Street, Essex, IL 60935, or at such other location as may be designated by the Village, to consider and review a proposed reimbursement program for professional service fees. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment and to allow review and discussion regarding a proposed program addressing the reimbursement of professional service fees incurred by the Village in connection with municipal review, analysis, and administration of development-related or other Village matters. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to the Village prior to the hearing. The proposed reimbursement program and related materials, if any, are a vailable for public inspection at Village Hall during normal business hours.
