Letters of office were issued to Janice Rowland, of Fairfax, Iowa as Executor, whose attorneys are Churchill & Churchill, P.C., 1610 Fifth Avenue, Moline, Illinois 61265.Pursuant to Section 6-10 of the Illinois Probate Act, notice is hereby given to all Unknown Heirs, who are heirs of the above proceeding, and whose name or address is not stated in the petition for appointment of an Executor, that an order was entered by the court on the 22nd day of January, 2026, appointing Janice Rowland as representative of the estate.Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court, Rock Island County Courthouse, Rock Island, Illinois 61201, or with the representative, or both, on or before August 6, 2026, and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
