McNabb and that Letters Testamentary were issued on February 2, 2026, to Susan McNabb-Gadient, 602 40th Street, East Moline, IL 61244 as Administrator. The attorney of record is Timothy B. Gulbranson, Lane & Waterman LLP, 220 N Main St - Ste 600, Davenport, IA, 52801. Claims against the Estate may be filed in the Circuit Clerk's Office, Rock Island County Courthouse, Rock Island, Illinois, or with the Independent Administrator, or both, on or before the 7th day of August, 2026 or, if mailing or delivery of a Notice from the Executor is required by Section 5/18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that Notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a claim filed with Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the Independent Administrator and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.The estate will be administered without court supervision, unless under Section 755 5/28 of the Probate Act any interested person terminates independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Clerk of Court.
