TO PATRONS OF MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY MidAmerican Energy Company (“MidAmerican”) hereby gives notice to the public that it has made the requisite filing with the Illinois Commerce Commission (“Commission”) concerning changes to Rate NMS – Net Metering for Subscribers to Community Renewable Generation Projects, clarifying the eligibility requirements of Rate NMS. A copy of the filing may be inspected by any interested party at MidAmerican Energy Company's website, MidAmericanEnergy.com or by calling 888-427-5632. Customers should be advised that the Commission may alter or amend the rates or conditions of service after hearings held pursuant to 83 Ill. Adm. Code 200 and may increase or decrease individual rates in amounts other than those requested by MidAmerican. All parties in this matter may obtain information with respect to ERM 26-013 either directly from MidAmerican or by addressing the Chief Clerk, Illinois Commission, 527 East Capitol Avenue, Springfield, Illinois 62706.
