Maciunas DECEASED CASE NUMBER 2025PR000919 PUBLICATION NOTICE AND/OR CLAIMS NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Frank A. Maciunas whose address was 30W445 Arbor Lane, West Chicago, IL 60185. Letters of Office were issued on 1/5/2026 to Donna M. Hernandez and Darlene F. Donahoe, 1316 Bay Meadows, Bartlett, IL 60103 as Independent Executor whose attorney is Michael E. Kelly, 118 W. Bartlett Ave. #1, Bartlett, IL 60103. The estate will be administered without Court Supervision, unless under section 28-4 of the Probate Act of 1975 (755 ILCS 5/28-4) any interested person may terminate independent administration at any time by mailing or delivering a petition to terminate to the Circuit Court Clerk. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of Candice Adams, Circuit Court Clerk, 505 N.
