LEGAL NOTICE -Published 02/25- TO THE TAXPAYERS OF THE WINFIELD FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT: Please take notice that the Board of Trustees of the Winfield Fire Protection District has prepared in tentative form a Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for fiscal year 2026-2027. Prior to final action on the proposed Budget and Appropriation Ordinance, the Board of Trustees of the Winfield Fire Protection District shall conduct a public hearing on the Budget and Appropriation Ordinance. Said hearing shall be held on the 21st day of April, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. in the office of the Winfield Fire Protection District, 0N525 County Farm Road, Winfield, Illinois. Copies of the Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance are available for public inspection at the offices of the Board of Trustees of the Winfield Fire Protection District, 0N525 County Farm Road, Winfield, Illinois, at any time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, commencing February 18, 2026.
