McHenry County Division of Transportation Notice to Bidders Sealed proposals will be received by the McHenry County Division of Transportation at the Office of the County Engineer, 16111 Nelson Road, Woodstock, IL, 60098 until 9:00 a.m. March 4th, 2026, for the following improvements: McHenry County Contract Construction Section 26-00606-00-RS This Work Consists of Milling existing HMA Surface. Construct WMA Binder & Surface Course lifts. 1.75" Hot In-Place Recycling Scarification. Construction of HMA IL-9.5 Surface Course (FG) N50 Thin LIft Over- lay @ 0.75" and 1.0" Butt Joints. Hot-in-Place Recycle existing HMA Binder Course. 3' widening of HMA Shoulders. Installation of new guardrails. HMA patch- ing where needed. Sinusoidal rumble strip with Hot- Spray Thermoplastic Striping installation.
