CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Richard G. Beatty of Effingham, Effingham County Illinois. Letters of Administration were issued on January 21, 2026, to Angela Kaye Jones of 1032 Northwood Drive, Effingham IL 62401, whose attorney is Dale F. Wolff of McDevitt Osteen Chojnicki & Deters, LLC. Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court at the Effingham County Government Center, Effingham, Illinois, or with the representative or both, within six months from the date of the first publication of this notice, January 31, 2026, and any claim not filed within that period is barred.
