NOTICE TO BIDDERS Hanover Township (“Township”) is accepting sealed bids (“Bids”) for the FY27 ROADS PROJECT (“Project”). Bids shall be submitted before 9:00 A.M., local time, on Thursday, March 5, 2026, on forms furnished by the Township, and will be accepted by Katy Dolan Baumer, Hanover Township Clerk, located at the Township Town Hall, 250 S. IL Route 59, Bartlett, Illinois 60103. All Bids received on or before this time will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or parts thereof, to waive any technical errors or omissions in any Bid, to modify or eliminate the scope of work, to award all or part of the scope of work, and to accept any Bid in its entirety or part thereof, if in the judgment of the Township, the best interests of the Township will be promoted thereby.
