No. 2026GR00000028 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION TO: JAMES KERSTING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois, seeking to suspend or revoke the Power of Attorney executed by Randi S. Neebe and remove any agents acting under said Power of Attorney, including you, and that a Petition for Appointment of Guardian for Randi S. Neebe has also been filed. Unless you E-file your answer to the petition or otherwise file your appearance in the Circuit Court of the Lake County, on or before March 9, 2026, the Court may enter an order grant- ing the relief requested in the Petition without further notice to you.
