Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given, by the Plan Commission of the city of Rock Falls, that Chad and Josie Anderson, has filed a petition for a Special Use/ Zoning and/or Variance for the purpose of constructing an auxiliary structure that will be approximately 28' to the highest peak of the structure. The current code limits height of an auxiliary structure to 21'. The structure will also include an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) as a 2nd floor of said auxiliary structure. The property is located at 1317 Dixon Avenue, Rock Falls, Illinois, 61071, and is owned by Chad and Josie Anderson.
