NOTICE PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING SCHEDULED BY VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE SECTION 25-00084-00-RS OAKTON STREET IMPROVEMENTS TUESDAY FEBRUARY 17, 2026 5:00 PM TO 7:00 PM at ELK GROVE VILLAGE VILLAGE HALL 901 WELLINGTON AVENUE, ROOM E ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL 60007 (NO FORMAL PRESENTATION) The Village of Elk Grove Village will hold a Public Information Meeting concerning the preliminary engi- neering study for the proposed improvements of Oakton Street. The project is located along Oakton Street between Arlington Heights Road and Lively Boulevard. Between Arlington Heights Road and Shadywood Lane, the proposed improvements will consist of constructing an 8-foot-wide shared use path to replace the existing 5-foot-wide sidewalk along the north side of Oakton Street and the construction of landscaped curb bulb-outs at intersections.
