PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that CF IL Solar Shilo Rd, Eldorado LLC (the "Applicant") has applied for approval to construct and operate a solar photovoltaic energy facility in Saline County, Illinois. The proposed project, known as the CF IL Solar Shilo Rd, Eldorado LLC Solar Project, will be located on property owned by Jeffrey R. Payne, commonly located near Eldorado, Illinois, and identified as Parcel Identification Numbers 04-1-078-30 and 04-1-073-01. The total parcel acreage is approximately 87.15 acres, of which approximately 22.8 acres will be utilized for the solar energy facility. The proposed facility will have a generating capacity of approximately 3.5 megawatts alternating current (MW-AC) along with associated equipment and infrastructure.
