Case No. 26 PR 70 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of Mary Joyce Neibert. Letters of Office as Independent Administrator were issued on February 9, 2026 to COLLEEN WENGLER, Public Administrator of Will County, whose address is 181 N. Hammes Avenue, Joliet, Illinois 60435. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the Will County Courthouse, 100 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, Illinois, 60432, or with the representative, or both, on or before, the 14th day of August, 2026, or if mailing or delivery of a notice from the representative is required by Section 18-3 of the Probate Act of 1975, the date stated in that notice. Any claim not filed on or before that date is barred. Copies of a Claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered by the claimant to the representative and to the attorney within ten (10) days after it has been filed.
