PUBLIC NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the VILLAGE OF SHOREWOOD, Will County, Illinois will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall – One Towne Center Blvd., Shorewood, IL. The public hearing is to consider Petition #26-525 filed by American United Mechanical Technology, represented by Asbin S.L., with respect to the parcel commonly known as 500 Earl Road, Shorewood, Illinois 60404 (PINs: 05-06-16-102-048-0000; 05-06-16-102-049-0000).
