REQUEST FOR BIDS Libertyville School District 70 is accepting sealed bids for Repaving of the Dymond Road Parking Lot in Libertyville Illinois (approx. 2,000 square yards park- ing lot repaving). An alternate add is included for stone base replacement. All prospective Bidders must attend a mandatory Pre- Bid Conference on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM , at the Dymond Road Parking Lot (Dymond Park) located at 0 S. Dymond Rd., at the intersection of Harms Ave. and S. Dymond Rd.. Bidders must attend the meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the project, which will be attended by both the Owner and the Consultant. It is the responsibility of the Bidder/Contractor to attend and sign in. Failure to attend and be included on the official list of attendees shall result in the rejection of any bids submitted by those non-attending Contractors.
