INVITATION TO BID Batavia Park District will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide Prescribed Burn and Natural Area Maintenance Services for the Batavia Park District. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Proper implementation of a Prescribed Burn to provide ecological management and control of inva- sive brush at each designated location in accordance with Specifications and Illinois State mandated EPA regulations and multi-jurisdictional community code. B. Perform essential maintenance of District owned Raingardens, mechanically and chemically remove woody and herbaceous invasive plants with the intent to improve the health, working conditions and appear- ance if each area. Bidding Documents will be available beginning at 12 PM on Monday, February 16, 2026 by email only at kimh@bataviaparks.org. The bidding documents are available at no charge.
