PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illi- nois, will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Butler Government Center, Village of Oak Brook, 1200 Oak Brook Road, (31st Street and Spring Road), Oak Brook, Illinois 60523 for the purpose of considering the application from the petitioner, Costco seeking a vari- ation from the setback regulations as provided for under Title 13 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook, Illinois, Ordinance G-60 as amended.
