NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TOWNSHIP BUDGET Notice is hereby given that a Tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the Township of Waukegan, in the County of Lake, State of Illinois, for the fiscal year beginning March 1, 2026 and ending February 28, 2027, will be on file and conveniently available to public inspection at 149 South Genesee Street, Waukegan, Illinois on February 16, 2026 from and after 8:00 a.m. to March 20, 2026 until 4:30 p.m. Notice is further given that a public hearing on said Budget and Appropriation Ordinance will be held at 5:10 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 149 S. Genesee St., in this Waukegan Township and that final hearing and action on this ordinance will be taken at the Board Meeting to be held at 149 S.
