The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given you, UNKNOWN HEIRS AND LEGATEES OF LOVICE SKINNER; UNKNOWN OWNERS AND NON-RECORD CLAIMANTS; , defendants in the above entitled cause, that suit has been commenced against you and other defendants in the Circuit Court for the Judicial Circuit by said plaintiff praying for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage conveying the premises described as follows, to wit:
LOT NO. FIFTEEN (15) IN THE BRIARWOODS SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN IN PLAT RECORD 7 AT PAGE 106 IN THE OFFICE OF THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY RECORDER, SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON AND STATE OF ILLINOIS. EXCEPT ALL COAL, OIL, GAS AND OTHER MINERALS.
TOGETHER WITH ALL THE IMPROVEMENTS NOW OR HEREAFTER ERECTED ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING, BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION, THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY; MODEL, YEAR, MAKE VIN(S) WHICH BORROWER INTENDS AND AGREES IS A PART OF THE PROPERTY AND DEEMED TO BE REALITY, AND ALL EASEMENTS, APPURTENANCES, AND FIXTURES NOW OR HEREAFTER A PART OF THE PROPERTY.
