ORDINANCE NO. 2026- 4602 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A FOURTH AMENDMENT TO GROUND LEASE WITH AHC ERA HM LLC AND A SECOND AMENDMENT TO PARKING FACILITY AGREEMENT WITH AHC ERA HM LLC FORA PORTION OF THE HOUGH-MAIN REDEVELOPMENT SITE WITHIN THE VILLAGE CENTER TAX INCREMENT FINANCING REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA WHEREAS, the Corporate Authorities of the Village of Barrington, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois (hereinafter, the “Village”), pursuant to the powers granted to the Village by the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1, et seq.
