NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, 7:00 P.M. in the Commissioners Room, 1st Floor of the Arlington Heights Village Hall, 33 S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois, at which time the Zoning Board of Appeals will consider a request for: • A 11.25-foot variation from Chapter 28, Section 5.1- 3.3(d) Required Minimum Yards; Rear Yard, to construct a one-story addition which is setback 18.75- feet from the rear property line where 30-feet is required. • A 105 square-foot variation from Chapter 28, Section 5.1-3.5(b)(2) Maximum Impervious Surface Coverage, to allow 4,859 square-feet of impervious surface coverage where 4,754 square-feet is the maximum allowed impervious surface coverage. Any person who also desires to formally register as an objector, with the right to cross-examine others at the hearing, must complete and file an appearance form with the Village Director of Planning
