NO. 26-PR-43 CLAIM NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the Death of Claudia Davis, formerly of St. Clair County, Illinois on October 27, 2025. Letters of Office were issued on February 9, 2026, to Robin Mays of Fairview Heights, Illinois, as Executor, whose attorney of record is Neubauer, Johnston & Hudson, P.C., 303 Fountains Pkwy., Suite 220, Fairview Heights, IL 62208. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Probate and Tax Division, St. Clair County Courthouse, Belleville, Illinois, 62220, or with the Executor, or both, within six months from the date of issuance of letters, and any claim not filed within that period is barred as to the Estate which is inventoried within that period. Copies of claims against the Estate filed with the Clerk of the Circuit Court must be mailed or delivered to the Executor to the attorney for the estate within ten days after it has been filed.
