NOTICE BY PUBLICATION PURSUANT TO 705 ILCS 405/2-16
TO AMANDA RIEGER, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN FATHERS, AND ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
TAKE NOTICE that on January 12, 2026, a Motion for Termination of Parental Rights and for Appointment of Guardian with Power to Consent to Adoption ("motion") was filed under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 by Lisa C. Casper, State's Attorney for Pulaski County, in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County entitled "In the interest of AMBER PARROTT, a Minor," and that in the main courtroom at the Pulaski County Courthouse, 500 Illinois Avenue, Mound City, Illinois, 62963, on the 9th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 1:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, a termination of parental rights hearing will be held upon the motion to have the parental rights to the child terminated. THE COURT HAS AUTHORITY IN THIS PROCEEDING TO TAKE FROM YOU THE CUSTODY AND GUARDIANSHIP OF THE MINOR, TO TERMINATE YOUR PARENTAL RIGHTS, AND TO APPOINT A GUARDIAN WITH POWER TO CONSENT TO ADOPTION. YOU MAY LOSE ALL PARENTAL RIGHTS TO YOUR CHILD.
