GENERAL PRIMARY ELECTION EARLY VOTING SCHEDULE A GENERAL PRIMARY ELECTION will be held MARCH 17, 2026, for the purpose of electing the Governor of Illinois, Federal and State offices, and County Offices to include County Clerk, County Sheriff, County Treasurer, and five (5) County Board members. Pursuant to Article 19A of the Illinois Election Code, EARLY VOTING for the MARCH 17, 2026, GENERAL PRIMARY ELECTION will be conducted at the Office of the Moultrie County Clerk, Moultrie County Courthouse, 2nd Floor, 10 S. Main Street, Sullivan, Illinois, beginning Thursday, February 5, 2026, and continuing through Monday, March 16, 2026, on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding holidays) and on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Any voter validly registered in Moultrie County may vote during the early voting period.
