PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF ILLINOIS ) COUNTY OF MCHENRY ) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Illinois Compiled Statutes, 765 ILCS 1020/27 and 1020/28, a petition was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of McHenry County, Illinois, Docket Number 24 MR 195, setting forth the finding of U.S. Currency in the approximate amount of $3,500.00 at 1420 E Algonquin Rd, Algonquin, IL. FURTHER, you are herewith given notice that if the owner of such property does not claim the property and pay the finder's charges and expenses within one (1) year after the advertisement thereof, the ownership of such money shall vest in the finder and the Court shall enter an Order to that effect. Claims against said property maybe filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court at the McHenry County Government Center, 2200 N. Seminary Avenue, Woodstock, Illinois 60098.
