PROJECT: Residential Sound Insulation Program
Sealed proposals will be received by the Chicago Exec-
utive Airport at 1020 South Plant Road, Chicago Exec-
utive Airport, Wheeling, Illinois 60090 until 11:00 AM
on Thursday, March 12, 2026
for the construction of
Residential Sound Insulation Program at which time
bids will be publicly opened and read. Faxed proposals
will not be accepted.
A brief description of the work to be performed
(detailed descriptions of all work will be included in
the bid documents):
Replacement of windows with acoustic windows,
replacement of existing prime and/ or storm doors,
with acoustic prime and storm doors, and providing
positive air ventilation to eleven (11) single-family
residential properties and twenty-nine (29) multi-
