Notice is hereby given that the Carol Stream Plan
Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a
Public Hearing at the Carol Stream Gregory J.
Bielawski Municipal Center, 500 N. Gary Avenue,
Carol Stream, Illinois, on Monday, March 9, 2026 at
6:00 p.m. to consider an application from the Village
of Carol Stream for the following actions:
A Variation to allow an accessory structure to be
located in the front yard, and to extend into the front
and side yard setbacks of a property in the Industrial
District, in accordance with Sections 16-3-6 (C)(2)(B)
(1), 16-3-6 (C)(2)(B)(3) and 16-4-15 (B)(4) of the Carol
Stream Uniﬁed Development Ordinance.
