NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Board of the Village of Gurnee will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at Gurnee Village Hall, 325 North O'Plaine Road, Gurnee, Illinois, to consider the peti- tion of Marcos Garibay, of Garibay Investment Prop- erties, LLC, for the following: Zoning Map Amend- ment and such other relief as may be necessary to accomplish the applicant's development plan.
