BARNARD, Deceased. 2026 PR 6 CLAIM NOTICE Notice is given of the death of ROGER H. BAR-NARD. Letters of Office were issued on January 27, 2026, to TORY J. WILLARD, as Independent Executor. Claims against the estate may be filed within six (6) months from the date of first publication, or within three (3) months from the date of mailing or delivery of Notice to creditors, if mailing ordelivery is required by Section 5/18-3 of the Illinois Probate Act, 1975, as amended, which-ever date is later. Any claim not filed by the requisite date stated above shall be barred. Claims against the estate may be filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk, Ogle County JudicialCenter, 106 South 5th Street, Oregon, IL 61061 or with the estate legal representative, or both.
